Our service booking process is fast and straightforward. Just click on the "Book An Appointment" button on any of our website pages, fill in your details, the service you would like to book, and the date and time you would like us to come over. We will send you an email once we've received your request.

We can bring the spa to you if you are located anywhere in Makati City, Taguig City, Quezon City, Manila, Parañaque, Muntinlupa, Pasay, Pasig, Mandaluyong and San Juan. Our professional massage therapists and certified estheticians are here to help you feel relaxed in your private space.

We don't require a minimum number of hours per booking. However, all our spa services are minimum 60mins. This is to ensure our services' quality and allow you time to enjoy your treatment. 

Our Signature Lift Facial Therapy is a 60-minute experience that utilizes the Pure Lift Pro by The Recovery Lab. This premier non-invasive sculpting device used by certified estheticians worldwide gives you an instant lifting effect. Combined with a gentle facial ball & Gua Sha, we deliver the ultimate anti-aging results, including reducing fine lines and wrinkles and improving skin texture and tone. 

We accept the following payment methods for all our services: Bank Transfer, Gcash & Paypal. Please note that we require full payment at the time of booking. 

If you wish to cancel the booking, you must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time of your booking. Please note that any reservations canceled less than 24hrs before the booking, it will be considered forfeited.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy.

We understand life can get in the way, and you might miss your appointment. However, if you give us sufficient notice, we may shorten the appointment time to ensure that the next customer is not inconvenienced. If this is not agreed with us or you do not show up at all, it will be treated as a cancellation, and you will be charged the full price of your appointment booked. 

As our client, we want to ensure that you are happy with the services provided. This is why we will do everything we can to accommodate you, including extending appointments where needed. We will do our best to assist in rescheduling as soon as possible. If you ever need an appointment to be moved, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.

This facial therapy is designed for all skin types, especially those who want to slow down the aging process or maintain their youthful glow without surgery or botox. You will love the meditative side of this facial as it increases blood flow, oxygen, nutrients, and lymphatic drainage in your face and neck area.

Due to the sensitive nature of children and young adults, we require customers to book our massage services at least 16 years of age. But, we offer several services that may be suitable for those younger than 16 years old, like gentle massages.

Please check with us prior to booking an appointment so we can confirm the suitability of these treatments for you.

Because a massage affects the muscles, there may be redness that will last for 2 days. This is normal and will subside quickly. You can continue with your daily activities, but avoid sun exposure and wear sunscreen to protect your skin.
